Receipt
We have dedicated staff who handle incoming pallets and packages efficiently. Each shipment is checked against the purchase order in Ongoing, ensuring accurate and correct handling.
To further optimize our process and to be able to handle larger volumes of goods, we use a conveyor belt for handling containers. We have several gates where goods are unloaded on a daily basis, which allows for efficient and smooth handling of incoming goods.
Storage
Our warehouse is designed with high demands on functionality and safety. With a height of 12 meters and a constant room temperature, the warehouse is kept in optimal condition. It is also equipped with a sprinkler system to protect the warehouse and its contents in the event of any accidents.
We offer three different standard heights for our warehouse shelves and three different sizes of picking boxes for smooth handling of smaller goods. This gives our customers the opportunity to choose a suitable storage location that suits their individual needs, which adds value to our services.
Delivery
We have a high level of ambition when it comes to picking orders as efficiently as possible. Our system allows for up to 56 orders per picking round, which allows us to deliver quickly and efficiently to our customers.
We also strive to pack each order with minimal air and with environmentally friendly filling materials to reduce our environmental impact. We understand the importance of meeting our customers' requests regarding notifications, slot times and other requirements that may arise in connection with deliveries, whether it is a single package or a full truck. We make sure to solve these challenges in a professional manner to ensure a smooth delivery process for our customers.
Additional work
We offer a variety of services to make things easier for our customers and to meet their individual needs. We specialize in so-called "additional work", which includes a variety of tasks such as repackaging, assembly, labeling and checking of items, and more.
We pride ourselves on our ability to meet our customers' needs and offer a high-quality and flexible service. No matter what type of additional work is involved, we are happy to help ensure a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
Returns
We offer a comprehensive returns management service at our warehouse to facilitate our customers and ensure smooth returns handling. We handle everything from receiving and reviewing products to sorting and reintegrating goods into warehouse shelves.
We understand that returns can be a challenge for businesses and their customers, and we strive to make this process as simple and efficient as possible. Customer service
We can offer customer service to some extent, where we have employees who work certain hours a week for our customers to relieve administrative tasks such as placing orders and customer contact, etc.

Ongoing WMS helps you manage your purchasing by enabling you to create and manage your purchase orders directly in the software. This can be done either by creating your purchase orders manually or by integrating with external systems. Stay up to date with automatic notifications
An automated email will notify you when an item's stock level falls below a certain level, predefined by you. There is also support for automated emails containing stock levels and incoming goods for all items, including batches and expiration dates, as well as emails with information about your orders will be automatically sent to you.
